If you’re concerned about our environment, which faces growing pressure from new developments, increased visitor numbers, and persistent ocean pollution, we invite you to join the Yzerfontein Urban Conservancy.
 
We will keep you informed about our activities, receive newsletters, and discover interesting information about the local flora, fauna, and environment, so please become a member.

2026 Membership Fee Update

We would like to inform you that our annual membership fee will increase to R150, effective March 1st, 2026. This is our first increase in many years, and we’ve kept it as modest as possible while ensuring we can continue to provide you with quality service.

 

Lock in your savings! Pay before March 1st and you’ll secure the current rate of just R100 – that’s a saving of R50.

This early bird offer is our way of thanking loyal members who renew promptly.

Your annual subscription, though modest, demonstrates your commitment to preserving our precious environment. It also helps fund the various projects we manage for the benefit of all Yzerfontein nature lovers.
